Troubleshooting

The following is a list of symptoms along with troubleshooting steps that should be attempted to treat each problem.

The tag is not being detected by the radar:​

  1. Place the tag at a distance of 10m in front of the radar, at the correct orientation.
  2. If that does not work, check that the battery is charged and connected on the correct port and with proper polarity and (if necessary) replace it or connected the tag to a power supply to charge it.
